Wire Drawing Mould Type & Cold Rolling Type with Cassette
Cold Rolling Type Wire Drawing Machine Advantages:
1. Highly improved the speed and production efficiency
2. The drawing force & the friction force between cassette and the wire both even and smaller than that of the wire drawing mould type machine, thus reducing the drawing wire break rate and reducing the energy consumption.
3. Cassette instead of drawing mould, the change of the internal metal structure become smaller and even, the product quality highly improved in bending-again strength and conductivity.
4. Cassette is made of high quality tungsten carbide, which is resistant to wear and tear; At the same time cassette “ circular friction” instead of wire drawing mould “ spot friction”, the coefficient of friction reduced more times, then extend the service life greatly, also reduced the frequency & time of mould changing, and indirectly increased the machinery utilization.
5. No need lubricating powder and improved the production environment.
λ Compared to the wire drawing mould type machine, the cold rolling type machine with cassette need to note:
1. It is a little more complex for cassette replacement than wire drawing mould replacement, it needs to remove the cassette one by one and install new ones accordingly, need training for the workers.
2. The cassette and the wire diameter need to be corresponding, it needs more time to replace the cassette and needs more investment cost for the producers with more different wire diameter wires to process.
3. Cassette price is more higher than that of wire drawing mould, so it is not applicable well for the producers who needs no high production efficiency and performance.
